Brittany Horne

Brittany Horne is a mother, high school teacher, and fine artist known for her vibrant portrait paintings. Oil paint is her main focus, however, she also enjoys mixed media, ceramics, sculpture, drawing, fashion, and more. She is from a very small town in Northeast Mississippi known as Shuqualak. Her earliest memories include painting and drawing with her mother. At the age of 16, the talented artist left home to attend Art school to pursue her passion. She graduated from Mississippi School of the Arts in Brookhaven, MS, and later obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Mississippi State University followed by Masters in Science from Mississippi College. Her current art consists of royal portraits inspired by music artists. She also creates landscape art that depicts the beauty of nature and its connection to human existence. Her most highlighted series are Homelessness in America and Organic Revision.
